Terms and Conditions

 

• Trip cancellation: If the tour is cancelled 72 hours before your tour, a full refund will be provided. If you cancel your tour within the 72 hours of your tour, there will be a cancellation fee of $100.

• Rescheduling: If you book a tour and have to reschedule, there are no extra fees applied.

• Inclement weather policy: The Captain will do his very best to avoid inclement weather during your trip. In the event we encounter inclement weather, we will look for shelter at no additional costs. IE: Marina, restaurant etc. In the event we have to cancel the trip due to inclement weather before leaving the dock, there will be a full refund to your deposit.

• Number of persons onboard: 6 people is the max allowed. This includes adults and children as the USCG considers any person on board as part of the official head count.

• Safety: There are 10 adult and 4 child USCG approved life jackets aboard the boat. There is also all USCG mandatory safety equipment safety on board. The Captain will ask at times to please stay seated while the boat is moving.

• Damages to boat: Passengers will be responsible for all costs and damages that occur to the boat due to unruly behavior.

• Not permitted: Glass bottles, twist off caps, red drinks and illegal drugs are not permitted onto the boat. Smoking of any kind is not allowed of the boat. Your safety and integrity of the boat is our top priority.

• Tour times and dock arrival: Island tours typically start in the morning or early afternoon. Custom times are offered by the Captain. Please arrive to the dock 20 min before your trip to load belongings and to receive the USCG safety brief.

• Form of payments: Cash is king! There are also many cash apps that we use to include Zelle, Venmo, Paypal, and Cash app. We do accept credit cards but there is a 3% processing fee for all credit cards.
• Food and drinks are encouraged! The Captain and his crew love to eat!
• Having fun: Having fun on our boat is mandatory. It is our goal to make sure that everyone to having an amazing and safe time!

• Tipping the Captain: Tipping is often customary for the Captain and or his crew.
